On April 29, 1986, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected multi-sport athlete Bo Jackson with the first pick in the NFL Draft. Jackson refused to play a single snap for Tampa Bay, opting to play baseball and eventually joining the Raiders in the NFL.
